Every course you purchase from The Photographer’s Element comes with a 100% money back guarantee within 60 days of purchase, if you have completed all the homework, and are dissatisfied with your experience.
In order to receive your money back, please email us (email@example.com) with the reason you were not satisfied and attach all completed homework assignments from the course (within 60 days of purchase), and we will refund your money within 7 business days.
PDF and Digital Products, due to their digital nature, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the digital nature of our courses, Course purchased cannot be exchanged for other courses.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with The Photographer’s Element, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of the purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it is within the 24 hour time-frame.
Note: PDF/Digital Downloads cannot be cancelled once delivered electronically.
SOLD OUT Course Policy
You think it would be great news to have our courses sell out! That does make us excited, but it does mean that there are others out there who are unable to join the course experience. Because we are committed to a high-quality learning environment, we do limit the number of seats sold in our courses so that our instructors are able to give their full-attention to each student. If you are just itchin’ to take a course that is SOLD OUT, email us at customer service (email@example.com), and we will do all we can to offer the course again as soon as possible. (Hint: You can always beg the instructor, too!)
Lifetime Access Policy
All courses purchased through The Photographer’s Element come with Lifetime access to the course material. In the event that the course is no longer offered through The Photographer’s Element, you will be contacted three times (via the email you provided to The Photographer’s Element) to download the course content prior to the course termination. Failure to download the course content by the stated termination date will result in the course content no longer being available to the user.
The Photographer’s Element full stands behind each product and course. We firmly believe that any photographer will improve and grow through using our products and courses. We cannot guarantee success on any financial level for any student. We do, however, feel there is more to the word success than “making-money”, but legally speaking we cannot guarantee any form of financial success, or business growth success, as a result of our products and courses.
